공유작업실 "OOEO"는 아직 정해지지 않은 미완의 초성으로, 다양하게 읽히고 불리며 쓰일 수 있는 이름입니다. 이처럼 이름에 여지를 두듯, 이 공간도 청소년 창작자들이 다양한 방식으로 창작하고 활동할 수 있도록 열려 있습니다. 시각예술을 중심으로 시작하지만, 장르의 경계를 넘나들며 다양한 동료 창작자들과 함께 작업하고, 서로의 작업을 나누고, 때로는 협업을 시도할 수 있는 열린 공간이 되기를 바랍니다. 이번 프로그램은 서울시 영등포구 영신로 200에 위치한 하자센터에서 진행됩니다. 모집 대상은 만 16세에서 24세 사이의 시각예술 창작자(개인)이며, 회화, 디자인, 일러스트, 사진, 조각 등 시각예술을 중심으로 하되 장르에 대한 엄격한 제한은 없습니다. 고등학교 및 대학교(휴학생 포함)에 재학 중인 경우도 지원할 수 있으며, 전전 기수 전 기수 참여자의 연속 지원도 가능합니다.
     공유작업실 참여자로 선정되면, 월요일부터 토요일까지(10:0021:00), 일요일(10:0018:00) 동안 작업실을 상시 이용할 수 있으며, 개인 작업을 위한 자리(테이블, 의자, 트롤리, 이젤 등)를 제공합니다. 또한, 플로터, 시트커팅기, 리소프린터, 재봉틀, 아이맥, 섬유프린터 등 창작 작업을 위한 장비를 화토요일(10:0019:00) 사이 이용할 수 있습니다. 참여자들은 작가적 글쓰기 강좌, 굿즈 제작, 실크스크린, 리소프린팅 등 맞춤형 워크숍에 참여할 수 있으며, 총 3회의 큐레이션 데이 및 커뮤니티 데이를 통해 다른 창작자들과의 네트워킹도 지원받습니다. 공유작업실 내 전용 전시공간도 자유롭게 활용할 수 있습니다.
    참여자에게는 몇 가지 의무도 주어집니다. 주 2회 이상 공간을 이용해야 하며, 작업과 창작 레퍼런스를 공유하는 격주 정기 모임 '큐레이션 데이'에 참여해야 합니다. 또한 자신의 작업과 작업 과정을 소개하는 온·오프라인 프로그램에도 참여하게 됩니다. 선정 기준은 창작 역량과 작업 지속성, 지원 사항 및 의무사항에 대한 이해도, 공유작업실의 필요성, 공유공간에 대한 이해와 활용 계획의 구체성, 그리고 장르 간 협업 가능성 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 평가됩니다.

The shared workspace "OOEO" is an incomplete consonant that has not yet been determined, a name that can be read, called, and used in various ways. Just as the name leaves room for interpretation, this space is open for young creators to create and engage in various ways. Starting with visual arts, we hope it becomes an open space where creators can work across genre boundaries with various fellow creators, share each other's work, and sometimes attempt collaborations. This program is held at the Haja Center, located at 200 Yeongsin-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. The recruitment target is visual arts creators (individuals) between the ages of 16 and 24, focusing on visual arts such as painting, design, illustration, photography, and sculpture, but without strict genre limitations. Those currently enrolled in high school or university (including students on leave) can also apply, and continuous applications from previous participants are possible.
     When selected as a participant in the shared workspace, you can use the studio regularly from Monday to Saturday (10:00-21:00) and Sunday (10:00-18:00), and are provided with a personal workspace (table, chair, trolley, easel, etc.). Additionally, equipment for creative work such as plotters, sheet cutters, risograph printers, sewing machines, iMacs, and textile printers can be used between Tuesday and Saturday (10:00-19:00). Participants can join customized workshops including artistic writing classes, merchandise production, silk screen printing, and risograph printing, and are supported in networking with other creators through a total of three Curation Days and Community Days. The dedicated exhibition space within the shared workspace can also be freely utilized.
